On Nov.14th, we are honored to welcome Mr.Manuel Haro(Accurate Contraol) and Mr.Sergio Remelgado(Luso Machine,Inc.) to visit our factory.
Our two reputable clients are coming to China this time with MFG group, bringing the drawings and looking for possible long-business-partnership here. Manuel has been to China for three times and he has acquainted with Chinese social condition and manufacturing backgroud. He is also a Chinese culture lover. Sergio is a serious and lovely friend. I admire him for serious-minded attitude with work and he is questioner when discussion. Both of them now are concerned about the up-rising manufacturing cost in China, labor cost, environment cost. The price are not competitive with Southeast Asia, etc.
From my opinion, they are the current situation that we could not ignore. However, China has its own advantages that no other nation are able to compare. The dedicated and hardworking people, the encouraging policy, the high throughput popular port and the long-experienced manufacture. Under this economic globalization, we shall avail ourself of all the opportunity worldwide, but have to focus on the quality not speed.
In the communication with buyers worldwide, they also concerned about the translation. They asked where are the CNC machines? The answer from the translator is, yes, we have two CNC machines. To solve that communication problem, I think, is that our translator shall take time to study not only English but have to grasp the knowledge of product\manufacturing. Only in that way, the communication between buyers and supplier are accurate and correct.
Sergio lifted up his much attention on calibration. The qulity has to be 100% ok and our manufacturer has to be prudent with fabrication machines and processing tools. The processing test is also quite siginificant, including inviting the third party to official check.
